Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinic Health Care Professional to join our team. As a Clinic Health Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the clinical operations of our clinic.

  • Assist doctors in endoscopic and surgical procedures, including minor and major surgeries
  • Perform wound dressings and manage clinic operations
  • Schedule appointments and handle billing tasks
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

In this role, you will work closely with our medical team to provide exceptional patient care and ensure the smooth operation of our clinic. Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduates welcome; Endoscopy and Operation Assistant skills will be taught
  • Ability to travel between clinics required
  • Professional Certificate/NITEC or Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Energetic and willing to learn on the job, with excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail when handling administrative tasks
  • Good communication skills and dedication to service excellence
  • Relevant experience in Endoscopy, Operating Theatre, Ward, and Clinic environments preferred
  • Microsoft Office and computer skills an advantage
