About the Role:

The Management Corporation - Strata Title Plan No. 1166 seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for building management and maintenance to take on a leadership role.

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably with knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting daily checks and regular inspections with management teams and contractors to ensure the common property is well-maintained.
  • They will also prepare agendas, minutes, and follow up on instructions given by council meetings and annual general meetings.
  • The ideal candidate will have administrative skills, including updating authorized signatories, executing contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • They will receive and attend to complaints from residents and owners, and assist with project work, including tendering, site shows, and quotation collection.
  • The Senior Facilities Manager will supervise project work in common areas, schedule testing work for building certificates, and manage the management team.
  • They will also lead client relationships, carry out full administrative, financial, and maintenance functions, and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the building/condominium.
  • The role requires a mature and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • A Higher NITEC in Facilities Management or Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management, and its equivalent qualifications.
  • Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Mature and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $60,000 - SGD $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical insurance, paid annual leave, and training opportunities.
