About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Fire Safety Manager to join our team at CPG Facilities Management PTE LTD. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our occupants and visitors.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Building Manager in daily operations, including supervising on-site contractors and carrying out planned maintenance works
  • Investigating breakdowns and faults, analyzing causes, and implementing measures to prevent future occurrences
  • Supervising upgrading projects, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring facilities and systems functionality and reliability
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, evaluating contractor performance, and reviewing contract specifications
  • Performing FSM duties and ensuring compliance with contract requirements
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Diploma in Building Maintenance, Facility Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Real Estate, Civil, or Structural
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Fire Safety Manager certification
  • Experience as a Fire Safety Manager role
  • Preferrably, experience working on government projects
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management abilities
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and building management software
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is SGD $6,000 - $8,000 per month, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
