We are seeking a highly qualified Assistant Professor to join our School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

As a member of our faculty, you will develop and lead an innovative research programme of international quality, focusing on Wide Band Gap growth, device design, fabrication, and characterisation. Your expertise in this area will be crucial in advancing our research activities and contributing to our mission of making a positive impact on society through our research and education programmes.

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of researchers and contribute to cutting-edge projects. You will also have the chance to secure funding as Co-I or lead investigator and publish high-quality papers in reputable peer-reviewed journals. In addition, you will contribute to teaching and course development at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a PhD in Wide Band Gap or a related discipline. You must also have extensive knowledge of current research within the fields of Wide Band Gap epitaxial growth, device design, fabrication, and characterisation. A developing international reputation in this field of research is also essential.
