Job Title: Senior Electrical Systems Manager

About the Role

This senior leadership position oversees the delivery of electrical engineering projects for critical infrastructure. We seek a seasoned Professional Engineer with expertise in electrical systems, especially in data center or institutional projects.

  • Lead and manage teams of supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver work on time and to standard.
  • Resolve technical and operational site issues through coordination with main contractors and attending site meetings.
  • Plan workflows for site execution and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
  • Review and check electrical engineering documents—single-line diagrams, equipment specs, testing, commissioning, and handover plans.
  • Understand and manage SCADA systems for M&E equipment migration, replacement, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • Registered Professional Engineer (Electrical) with PEB Singapore — Mandatory.
  • 10 years of experience in managing M&E or MEP systems operations.
  • Solid technical knowledge in data center electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with People's Association (PA) projects is highly advantageous.
