Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to lead our FP&A team. As a key member of the finance leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial planning and analysis strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the FP&A team in the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management on business decisions

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in FP&A and Corporate Financing
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a team
  • Qualifications in Accountancy or Finance; Chartered Financial Analyst certification is an advantage
  • Strategic thinking skills and ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to design effective communication strategies and messages
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills
