Job Title: SAP Concur Expert

Job Description:
Are you a skilled professional with experience in implementing and supporting SAP Concur modules? Do you have a strong background in configuring workflows, audit rules, and reporting? If so, we are looking for a seasoned SAP Concur expert to join our team.

The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements related to travel, expense, and invoice processes. You will configure SAP Concur modules, including workflows, audit rules, and reporting, and support integration activities between SAP Concur and ERP systems (such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Workday, or Oracle).
Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) as well as deliver end-user and administrator training sessions. Provide post-go-live production support and troubleshooting, recommend process improvements, automation solutions, and optimization of SAP Concur use. Work collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice), strong configuration and administration skills across SAP Concur modules, good understanding of integration approaches using SAP CPI, Boomi, or APIs. Knowledge of travel and expense policies, finance operations (AP/AR), and compliance standards (such as VAT/GST reclaim). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment. SAP Concur certifications or formal training; experience working with SAP FI/CO or procurement processes and exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus. Experience working with multinational and diverse teams, proactive problem identification and solution recommendation, and a strong focus on continuous improvement and learning is a plus.
