Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support
    • Perform daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficiency.
    • Provide quality customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
    • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage stock inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
    • Ensure proper merchandising of products, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment.
    • Inspect stock conditions, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
    • Perform goods receipts, handle inter-branch transfers, and error reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Administration
    • Maintain proper records of daily sales and customer counts, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
    • Maintain equipment used in the pharmacy, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
    • Assist supervisors in administrative matters, supporting the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
  • Staff Training & Development
    • Assist supervisors in orientating new staff on retail workflows and pharmacy activities, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
    • Assist supervisors in conducting briefings for promoters, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
    • Assist in coaching new staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Systems Administration
    • Ensure computer systems are ready to serve patients at the start of the day, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
    • Generate monthly reports for analysis by supervisors, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Housekeeping
    • Ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Security
    • Maintain the security of stocks, premises, and stored information at all times, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.
    • Take action to prevent security breaches, adhering to all standard operating procedures.
    Requirements
    • GCE N or O level with at least 2 years of pharmacy retail experience.
    • Customer-oriented, dynamic, and committed with hands-on experience in a retail store environment.
