Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Strategist to lead the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy and roadmap. This role will oversee the operationalisation of sustainability pillars and objectives across the Group, ensuring actionable and measurable plans and initiatives are implemented through functions across the Group.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with corporate functions on the development and implementation of relevant sustainability frameworks, policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Establish and advise corporate functions on sustainability frameworks, policies, and procedures, collaborating to track performance and progress.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and stay abreast of evolving trends and regulations.
  • Perform Secretariat duties for the Group Sustainability Committee (GSC), supporting associated GSC Working Groups.
Requirements
  • Recognised university degree with at least 5-7 years of experience in corporate sustainability strategy and/or execution.
  • Experience developing and establishing sustainability policies, frameworks, and procedures at Group level.
  • Familiarity with sustainability standards and disclosures, key sustainability issues, best practices, as well as relevant external stakeholders and ecosystem partners.
  • Comfortable working consultatively with multiple teams and ability to engage stakeholders across all levels to design, build, evaluate, support, and improve programmes and initiatives.
  • Ability to multitask and work on diverse projects simultaneously in an ambiguous environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear and structured manner.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
