Job Title:

Business Liaison - Industry Solutions

Job Description:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, and relevant documentation efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee seamless delivery and address customer complaints promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, and experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Two-way company transport provided at Jurong East.
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm working hours, with alternate Saturdays worked from home (WFH) between 8am-12pm.
  • Location: Penjuru Lane.
Others:
  • Assist in summarizing company information and relevant parties.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Team by answering customer inquiries.
• Prepare sales documents such as proposals and quotes.
• Coordinate the shipping of goods and products.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales transactions.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP software.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with CRM software and data entry tasks.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
