Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to ensure seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced F&B environment. This involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient food preparation and sales, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the operation manager in daily tasks such as roster planning and ordering stock from suppliers
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers with accuracy and speed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas, dishwashing, and other duties assigned by management
  • Provide supervisor-level customer service that is fast, friendly, and customized to meet individual customer needs
  • Comply with company policies and procedures related to all outlet activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an F&B outlet, such as a food court, coffee shop, or restaurant
  • Ability to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of ingredients, construction, quality control, customer service delivery, housekeeping, inventory, sanitation, compliance, cashiering, customer satisfaction, customer service, scheduling, timekeeping, and ability to learn
