About the Role
You are part of a team responsible for career planning, development and management of specialised naval and military expert positions within the Ministry Of Defence.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in posting discussions to fulfil manning requirements and individual's route of advancement (ROA) and aspirations.
- Schedule ROA courses to support career progression vocational courses for Military Experts.
- Project manpower requirements and ensure healthy staffing at the unit level.
- Conduct career counselling for service personnel.
- Determine vocational streaming requirements for new entrants.
- Handle Early Release (ER) applications, revocations, re-enlistments, and discharges.
- Manage all training contract matters.
What We Are Looking For
- Prior experience in HR is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
