Digital Media Specialist Job Summary

As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and managing digital media content across various platforms. Your primary goal is to engage audiences online, monitor campaign performance, and convert leads into enrolled students through effective communication and engagement.

You will also be responsible for organizing roadshows and events for student recruitment, as well as maintaining detailed lead records in Excel.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Plan and manage digital media content and advertisements across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
    • Monitor campaign performance and engage with audiences online.
    • Follow up with leads generated from digital media campaigns.
    • Convert leads from digital media posts to enrolled students through effective communication and engagement.
    • Organize roadshows and events for student recruitment.
  • Secondary Responsibilities:
    • Engage potential leads through initial follow-up to build rapport before transferring to the sales team.
    • Maintain detailed lead records in Excel.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms and trends.
  • Experience in digital marketing sales in the education industry is preferred.
  • Results-driven and able to work independently.
