Job Title: Sales Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Associate to join our team at Business Monitor International (Asia) Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.

About the Role:

The Sales Support Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales processes, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales team in processing sales opportunities and agreements daily.
  • Troubleshoot technical and user-related issues.
  • Advise Sales on best practices for contract processing via Salesforce.
  • Work with the Sales teams to increase their knowledge of the Salesforce Contract Lifecycle Management process.
  • Identify and report Salesforce system bugs and enhancements to the Salesforce Product Owner.
  • Improve sales processes within the Salesforce environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date supporting documentation and internal systems.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Sales Support function.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of sales processes using a CRM tool such as Salesforce.
  • Customer service orientation (Sales Teams are your client).
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization; track record of developing relationships grounded in trust and credibility.
