Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site visits to clients' premises for servicing and repair, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain an inventory of machines and spare parts, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient ordering processes.
  • Respond to clients' queries on equipment troubleshooting and repairs, providing clear and concise solutions.
  • De-install and install coffee making equipment, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to clients' operations.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates with technical skills are welcome to apply, with a strong foundation in electrical knowledge and mechanical engineering principles.
  • Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
