">Duties and Responsibilities:
Manufacturing process specialists play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of production processes. In this position, you will be responsible for managing manufacturing processes at Pilot Hole Stamping, Lamination and UV Exposure for lead frame at our facility. This involves resolving daily process and products' quality issues, improving programs in Yield, Capacity, Cycle Time and Capability to achieve cost reduction.
">To resolve all daily process and products' quality issue:
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. They should possess basic knowledge in Design of Experiment (DOE), SPC and other quality tools. Additionally, they should have experience in lead-frame or PCB etching manufacturing processes and be skilled in problem-solving techniques using statistical tools and data analysis.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">Experience in manufacturing environment would be an advantage
Basic knowledge in Design of Experiment (DOE), SPC and other quality tools
Knowledge in copper etching, photosensitive film imaging processing
Experience in lead-frame or PCB etching manufacturing processes
Skillful in problem solving techniques using statistical tools and data analysis
Familiar with Microsoft Office software and project management skill
