Senior Process Engineer Role

As a senior process engineer, you will oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes in various stages, from setup to mass production. Your key responsibilities include delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout each phase.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including transfer and fab modules, to deliver robust integrated processes for successful production volume ramps. This will involve direct communication with customers regarding product performance, conference calls, and customer audits.

Additionally, you will be responsible for owning process failure mode effects analysis (FMEA), process control plan (PCP), statistical process control (SPC), and capability indices (CITs) with relevant parties to ensure meeting fab and customer expectations.

Furthermore, you will manage daily operations logistics in terms of inline disposition with related parties to enable smooth wafer shipment. You will also collaborate with product engineers to perform device/process corner splits to identify yield windows.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering with semiconductor process or device knowledge
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in technology development, product transfer, or process integration in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Independence and adaptability to different cultures
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments with tight deadlines
