About the Job

The Field Service Technician is a vital part of the Technical Support Team, responding to customer requests for on-site assistance, from training to resolving technical issues and ensuring high merchant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist new merchants in getting started with our digital payment services, including training, installation, and setup of payment terminal devices.
  • Be on standby to respond to merchants requiring on-site technical support.
  • Visit merchants at scheduled times to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems as needed.
  • Submit service reports to monitor and improve customer support quality.
Candidate Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • An ITE NITEC vocational qualification or its equivalent, and/or higher.
  • A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license or Class 2B motorcycle.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of consumer IT, hardware, software, and system networking.
  • Comfortable setting up and installing consumer smart devices.
  • Ability to work on standby duty, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Independent problem-solving skills, a pleasant personality, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
