We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Marine Construction team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of marine construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead a team of supervisors / engineers /workers to carry out their works accurately and timely.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects through defined project scope and detailed project plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma/Degree/Master in Civil & Engineering or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA.
  • Experience in a marine construction company is favourable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Good knowledge and experience in building related works such as civil engineering, structural, architectural, building repair, piling, A&A, plumbing works etc.
