Job Description

As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management, with a strong focus on operational excellence, leadership development, and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail management or related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
