Job PurposeResponsible for the excellent management of the Bulgari store through the achievement of the sales objectives, coaching and maintaining a highly motivated sales team as well as delivering exceptional service to the clients.Key Responsibilities: Manage the store to achieve sales and retail objectives Implement cost efficiency measures Work with Regional Marketing & Communications Team to ensure the overall marketing & communication strategy is aligned to store needs Analyze sales trend with the support of Marketing & Communication to propose and implement necessary actions to improve boutique performance. Assist and coordinate the in-store events together with the Marketing & Merchandising Teams Work closely with Marketing & CRM Teams to develop various aspects of acquiring new clients Constantly nurture relationships with clients, in store and outside the store implementing client database activities, as per marketing and CRM Teams. Establish good working relationship with Landlord and be updated about Mall activities Concur to the definition of action plans related to the mystery shopping results and ensure their implementation. To embrace and collaborate with Ecommerce to engage and provide a holistic retail Omnichannel experience for the client. Constantly coach sales team on extraordinary service, selling skills and attitude to deliver a unique and memorable shopping experience. Address client concerns/disputes/complains assuring that the client satisfaction is restored. Be responsible for the good maintenance, the safe environment, the good functioning of the store as well as respect of excellent uniforms and grooming standards.Qualifications: At least 6 to 8 years of Retail Operations background, with 3 years in relevant role. Must have experience in leading a team; at least 5 years in people leadership capacity A Bachelor’s degree is a plus Knowledge of jewelry and watches with good sales experience is preferred Solid understanding of the luxury industry
