Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to oversee the management of detailed pricing and take-offs for various security projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Integrated Electronic Security Systems, including CCTVs, Alarm Systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.

This role involves conducting site surveys to interpret client briefs and creating suitable bids. We require a highly organized individual who can develop and implement standard processes to efficiently handle high volumes of bids.

  • Conduct site surveys to interpret client briefs and create suitable bids.
  • Develop and implement standard processes to efficiently handle high volumes of bids.
  • Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors across Europe, Asia, and the US to secure best pricing and terms.
  • Participate in and lead group-wide bid processes as needed.
  • Perform detailed take-offs and measurements for security projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend sales meetings to set priorities and support team members in maintaining momentum.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of Integrated Electronic Security Systems.
  • Relevant working experience in the Electronic Security industry.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
