Job Description:

Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Responsibilities include conducting compliance assessments, reviewing SOPs and protocols, supporting client audits and regulatory inspections, and participating in internal facility inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and update SOPs, protocols, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support client audits and sponsor site visits to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in internal facility inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (pharma, biotech, or related industry preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, grasp instructions quickly, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
