Manufacturing Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to excel in process planning, fixture and gauge design, quotation handling, program management, and application of Lean Manufacturing methodologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the success of our team by optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing costs, and improving product quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in machining processes, fixture/gauge/tool design, CNC programming, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and presentation skills

The successful candidate should possess excellent technical knowledge in manufacturing processes, including troubleshooting, lean manufacturing, analytical skills, and ERP systems. They should be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes to meet production demands
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for fixtures, gauges, and tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce costs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing engineering
