**Purpose of this role**:
The role will drive incremental breakthrough in operations productivity, manufacturing agility & human-centricity in use experiences through innovative integration of robotics automation, process automation & emerging automation technologies.

- Hands-on experience and knowledge & experience of robotics and process automation implementation.
- An automation growth advocate & look for improvement opportunity mindset during problem solving, or when progress do not go to plan.

Intelligent Automation Strategy Growth
- Understanding of the 3 years manufacturing objectives/strategy & jointly define the factory automation levels roadmap & value to support achievement.
- Establish & maintain a funnel of potential uses cases, provide insights on use cases prioritization & practicality based on aligned criteria.
- Selective on the right industrial partners for long term collaboration based on existing network or past collaboration success.

Intelligent Automation Implementation
- Working knowledge of different challenges of diverse manufacturing operations in each value stream
- Approach of Integrating DBS fundamentals tools with practical Intelligent Automation solutions as part of overall solutioning.
- Work actively cross-functionally with manufacturing people managers, leaders and cross functional stakeholders to identify activity targets focus or process for automation opportunities to come in during workshops, Kaizens or regular collaboration.
- Lead the digital action plan to track progress to automation implementation and stabilization, accountable on the scope, budget vs deliverables
- Prototype & iterate relentlessly until the final design is clearly understood and accepted by most key stakeholders.
- Other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned

**Why you?**

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

- Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering.
- Min 7 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in life science or high mix low volume environment
- Experiences in driving industrial or robotics automation implementation in a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following experiences, it would be a plus:

- 7+ years of project leadership experiences in manufacturing environment will be an advantage
