I-CREDIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our operations by handling various administrative tasks.

Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • General Administration: Assist in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
  • Clerical Works: Perform various clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management as required.

Requirements:

  • Work Schedule: Available to work weekdays from 11am to 8pm, Saturdays from 11am to 4pm, or Sundays from 11am to 4pm.
  • Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other applications.
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles is highly desirable.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Inventory Management: Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
  • Invoicing and Accounting: Basic knowledge of invoicing and accounting procedures.
