Job Title

This role is responsible for supporting senior leadership in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality assessment solutions.

  • i) Coordinate the effective running of client engagements;
  • ii) Design and deliver custom assessment solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments for senior leaders using psychometric testing, behavioural interviewing and simulation role plays.
  • Evaluate client needs and develop tailored solutions leveraging our methodologies.
  • Manage large projects or lead client conversations to drive satisfaction.
  • Support the design of solutions by working with client teams and leveraging research insights.
  • Take on Engagement Manager roles for smaller scale projects.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in Psychology).
  • At least 5 years of experience delivering assessments using behavioural interviewing, psychometric testing and/or simulation role plays.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to effectively use data and analytics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Project management, planning and coordination skills.
