Bilingual Education Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Education Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Mandarin language to young children and experience in developing engaging lesson plans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating learning environment that fosters self-directed learning, planning and implementing educational programs, and maintaining close partnerships with parents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of young learners
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and emotional development
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing support
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or related field
  • Certification in ECDA at L2 category or higher
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Mandarin language to young children
