About the Role:
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Activate and manage internal user funnels and communities.
- Conceptualize and execute product launch campaigns.
- Identify, recruit, and manage key opinion leaders/influencers.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors.
- Lead full-cycle product promotion via influencer partnerships and social amplification.
- Create compelling marketing collaterals for social and influencer channels.
- Develop influencer and ambassador programs.
- Monitor trends, memes, and conversations in AI and Web3.
- Analyze and report on social media campaign performance.
- Initiate and lead creator-led campaigns.

Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in social media marketing or community growth roles.
- Proven experience managing private domain traffic.
- Familiarity with major platforms.
- A strong creative mindset.
- Good network or past experience working with KOLs.
- Experience launching and scaling new products.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in the Web3, AI, or blockchain industries.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (for China-facing platforms).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience building or scaling communities in Web3, AI, or blockchain.
- Track record of viral or award-winning campaigns.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven growth strategies.
