Superminted is seeking a Social Media Strategist. A sharp-witted individual adept at cultivating clever, thumb-stopping content to develop brand stories and build brand loyalty. A deviser who’s also a whizz at writing punchy captions. And one who’s perceptive enough to recognise trend-jacking opportunities to set our social media spaces on fire.

**Responsibilities**
- Research and formulate strategies for social media campaigns, always on content
- Plan, create, manage, and execute engaging content based on the business objectives of clients
- Analyse key metrics and craft performance reports
- Conduct social media audit, inclusive of research and analysis, to evaluate trends, the brand, and competitors
- Write engaging copy for all types of marketing content
- Stay on top of the latest updates on tools for social media and trends
- Liaise with designers to ensure content achieves desired outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments on projects involving social media

**Requirement**
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing or Business Management with a relevant specialty
- Min. 2 years experience in relevant social media marketing role
- A proven track record and strong understanding of all social media platforms
- Strong copywriting skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Keen eye for good design
- Knowledge of omnichannel marketing would be advantageous
- Knowledge of Adobe Ps and Ai would be advantageous
