We are seeking a Medical Support Associate to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Register patients, schedule appointments, and update records
- Welcome patients and manage calls and enquiries
- Verify insurance claims and process billing
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms
- Monitor and restock medical supplies
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients
- Comfortable working in a clinical environment, including exposure to blood
- Reliable, responsible, and motivated to contribute to the clinic long-term
- Prior experience in healthcare or GP clinic operations is an advantage
Benefits:
Our clinic offers a competitive salary of $2,000 per month and a 5.5-day workweek.
