Job Title: Tech Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an expert in technology infrastructure to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering technical solutions and infrastructure support.

Responsibilities:

  • To design, implement, and maintain technical infrastructure solutions for projects and change requests.
  • To provide subject matter expertise in Application's Infrastructure and DevOps area, offering associated support for the team's suite of applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of hardware, OS, DB, middleware, software setup and configuration across SDLC.
  • Experience with script development for batch jobs and interfaces.
  • Familiarity with online and batch interface connectivity (SFTP, Connect-direct, API).
  • Understanding of Control-M job scheduling.
  • Knowledge of SSL certificate injection and renewal.
  • Ability to monitor application services in Unix/Linux and Windows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Strong communication and supervisory skills to coach and guide team members.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and documentation.
  • Ability to track deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process.
  • Knowledge of Java application development and review/enhance custom developed middleware java applications.
