Job Title: Enterprise IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise IT Infrastructure Specialist to oversee and manage the technical infrastructure at our manufacturing sites. This key role will play a pivotal part in delivering cutting-edge IT/OT solutions and ensuring seamless operation of backend systems including servers, networks, and data centers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT infrastructure across multiple manufacturing sites, encompassing hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Lead and support complex technical projects such as network/wireless upgrades, server deployments, and other infrastructure initiatives.
  • Monitor and maintain computer rooms, network devices, and server systems to guarantee optimal health and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure all infrastructure projects adhere to internal Digital & Tech Management System (DTMS) standards.
  • Provide comprehensive infrastructure support across various offices and sites within Singapore.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional tech teams to successfully deploy services, systems, and new initiatives at the site level.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in system and network design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of IT/OT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless, Firewalls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VoIP technologies.
  • Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Panorama, Nutanix, Azure Stack, and cloud environments.
