As a seasoned leader in the construction industry, we are seeking a Director to join our team in Singapore.

About the Role

This senior position involves blending technical expertise, leadership, and business development skills to support clients facing complex contractual and commercial challenges.

You will be responsible for delivering high-value commissions involving claims and disputes, particularly forensic delay analysis for extension of time and disruption claims.

The role also includes managing expert witness assignments and contributing to the growth of both the team and the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver client mandates in claims and dispute resolution
  • Conduct forensic delay analysis for extension of time and cost-related claims
  • Provide strategic advice on contractual and commercial matters
  • Act as expert witness in formal dispute proceedings
  • Mentor and guide junior team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Holds relevant professional qualifications in civil engineering, arbitration, or related disciplines
  • At least 10–15 years of demonstrable experience in delay analysis and dispute resolution within the construction or engineering sectors
  • Proven expertise in contract claims and dispute processes, including adjudication and arbitration
  • Skilled in drafting clear, defensible expert reports for dispute proceedings
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles
