Lead Order Management Specialist

As a seasoned professional in order management, you will oversee a team and be responsible for the entire order process from start to finish. This hands-on role ensures seamless order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

  • Direct, guide, and develop the order management team to guarantee smooth order processing and exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage the full order cycle for customers across Asia, including Bangladesh, Thailand, Vietnam, and China.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Inventory, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure effective stakeholder coordination.
  • Monitor and report on team and logistics partner KPIs to drive performance improvement.
  • Act as the primary point for escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years in Order Management or Customer Service, with 2+ years in a Supervisory role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
  • Proven expertise in Letters of Credit and international payment terms.
  • Excellent knowledge of Shipping logistics and Order fulfillment.
  • A degree or professional certificate is a plus.
