As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at PSA International, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's learning and development strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive technical skills framework, collaborating with line managers to identify training needs, and creating on-the-job training checklists.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technical skills framework.
  • Collaborate with line managers to identify training needs.
  • Create on-the-job training (OJT) checklists.
  • Source relevant courses or external skill frameworks.
  • Review and manage the Training Matrix.
  • Coordinate the Training Matrix review process.
  • Design a development program for people managers.
  • Support the creation of an eLearning course.
  • Work with vendors to facilitate the review and development of training materials.
  • Manage courses, programs, audiences, and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development or Project Management.
  • A degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, employees, and vendors.
