The Audit Senior is expected to lead various sizes of audit engagements, which include planning, performing, and reviewing audit work performed by less experienced personnel and concluding the engagement. This role requires working closely with team members to execute the audit plan and ensuring the timely completion of the audit engagement. The successful candidate will also work closely with clients and manage their expectations to further nurture on-going client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- To perform assurance engagement activities, including identifying key risks, analyzing business, implementing an engagement plan, obtaining evidence, and proposing a resolution to accounting and auditing issues in accordance with applicable frameworks;
- To manage engagement teams, including identifying areas to improve work performance, facilitating effective communication, coaching junior team members to achieve technical competency and efficient performance;
- To adhere to professional standards;
Requirements:
- Graduates in Accountancy/ACCA;
- Responsible with a good work attitude and integrity;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fast learner and resourceful with good logical and analytical thinking skills;
- Preferrable with at least 2 years' relevant experience.
