About the Credit and Risk Management Department
The Credit and Risk Management division comprises three specialized teams: Risk Management, Credit, and Special Asset Management. Our primary responsibility is to oversee the risks associated with the Group's business operations, adhering to the risk appetite defined by the Board. This entails identifying and assessing risks, formulating effective risk governance and strategies, and providing an independent evaluation of the overall risk profile.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments, providing details on payment amounts and due dates to mitigate risk exposure.
- Engage in negotiations with customers who are unable to meet their payment obligations.
- Address customer inquiries regarding their accounts and deliver prompt service in response to their requests.
- Follow up with customers through various communication channels (e.g., telephone, SMS, letters).
- Document conversations with customers in the collection system.
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve complex cases.
Job Requirements
The role involves making between 200 to 250 calls daily and meeting or exceeding the key performance indicators established by management. Additionally, assistance in ad-hoc restructuring projects (e.g., post-moratorium exercises, payment extension/deferment programs) is expected.
