Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Architect. This role is focused on delivering high-value solutions to our customers, leveraging their Microsoft investment to drive business growth and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with complex customers to ensure successful deployment of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Capture customer intent and needs, blending them into a plan that mitigates risk while achieving fast deployment and adoption.
  • Provide senior-level connection with customers, bringing technical capabilities and project governance expertise.
  • Work with FTAs, SMEs, account teams, partners, support, and consulting resources to educate customers on AI and security.
  • Drive value in all engagements, maintaining deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based technologies.

Requirements

  • Rapidly establish credibility with the Field, Customer, and Partner through delivery knowledge and effective communication.
  • Provide situational awareness on Microsoft 365 FastTrack deployment and usage reporting.
  • Understand customer and partner business and IT environments.
  • Represent stakeholders for FastTrack, coordinating disparate groups to sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for improvement and delight customers.
  • Improve Customer and Partner experience.
  • Focus on Copilot Growth and Protect E5 revenue and drive adoption.
  • Ensure High Quality Accelerated Delivery and provide mediation to aid recovery and accelerated delivery and adoption.
  • Champion the FastTrack delivery methodology to customers, partners, and field personnel.
  • Drive Customer Health by engaging with Account Teams, customers, and FastTrack Ready Partners.
