Principal Technology Solutions Specialist

The Principal Technology Solutions Specialist will play a pivotal role in the Group Manufacturing Execution System (MES) IT team. The primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality technology solutions that support business operations and enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless operation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving related to MES systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to lead strategic planning for Venture MES systems.
- Responsible for MES functional and technical system development, review, and certification.
- Manage and evaluate IT vendors (MES).
- Proactively propose improvement and preventive monitoring measures.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
- Knowledge in Production Planning/Capacity Planning/Material Management.
- Experience in working in a cross-functional team.
- Supervisory experience is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
