About The Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that positions our products as trusted, accessible tools for future retirees.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with key audiences, including those nearing retirement, young professionals with long-term goals, and others seeking security in retirement planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a compelling retirement product story and comprehensive go-to-market strategy focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and growth of share of wallet.
  • Collaborate with insights team to conduct market research to understand target customer needs, pain points, and trends in retirement planning.
  • Define and refine audience segments based on demographics, psychographics, and financial goals.
  • Design multi-channel marketing campaigns to build awareness, drive interest, and purchase.
  • Optimise campaign strategies to improve performance based on key metrics, such as customer acquisition cost, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
  • Drive customer education and advocacy by collaborating with content team to develop educational content to help differentiate our retirement solution in the market.
  • Manage a wide group of stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate within customer teams and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launch with end-to-end accountability of commercial delivery of product launches.
  • Obsessively use data and insights to continually optimise marketing strategies, budget allocation, and resource planning and refresh customer propositions to stay relevant to our audience.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong understanding of goal-based investing, retirement planning, and consumer financial needs.
  • A proven track record of successfully launching and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in crafting compelling product narratives.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and digital analytics.
