Join a luxury hotel team as a Senior Mixologist and be part of creating unique cocktail experiences for guests.


Key Responsibilities:
Create and serve specialty drinks, including cocktails, wines, and other beverages in a timely and professional manner. Ensure that all beverages are served at the optimal temperature and presented with attention to detail and garnishing. Maintain an extensive knowledge of beverage offerings and provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained. Stock the bar with necessary supplies and ingredients. Ensure all equipment is clean and in working order.
Assist with menu planning and pricing, working closely with the Head Mixologist to ensure that the bar offerings are of the highest quality.
Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests and patrons. Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and standards. Take orders and interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Collaborate with the Head Mixologist to create new and innovative cocktail recipes and assist with special events and promotions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Mixologist in a luxury hotel or high-volume bar, with a strong focus on mixology. Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, and spirits. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide an exceptional guest experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and Bar POS systems. Good command of written and spoken English. Adaptable and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills. Passionate and enthusiastic with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
