As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the salon, working closely with the Salon Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Salon Manager in the overall management of the salon, including training, sales, consulting, and ordering of stock.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all clients receive a high level of service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer data.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Salon Manager to plan and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled stylists and support staff.
  • Monitor and control expenses, including stock, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a hairstylist, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of English is necessary, and a second language is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
