Job Title: Frontline Service Team Member
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Frontline Service Team Member. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Main Responsibilities- Cash Handling:
- Process orders accurately and handle cash and digital transactions securely and efficiently.
- Ensure a clean and organized cashier station at all times.
- Service Excellence:
- Welcome every guest with a smile and ensure they are seated promptly.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations using the seating chart.
- Uphold a calm, composed, and helpful demeanor during busy periods.
- Food and Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare and serve drinks with consistency and flair.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards when handling food and beverages.
- Coordination:
- Coordinate seamless flow of dine-in and takeaway orders.
- Work closely with kitchen, service, and delivery team to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Anticipate needs, solve issues proactively, and communicate clearly with team members.
- Possess a passion for people and hospitality.
- Demonstrate energy, positivity, and a willingness to be part of a close-knit team.
- Show a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in English.
- Be physically able to stand for long periods and carry food trays.
- Prior F&B experience is an asset, but not required – we welcome fast learners.
