MyCareersFuture is seeking an experienced Executive, Employee Relations to join our team. As an Executive, Employee Relations, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process, conducting post-employment screenings, and coordinating staff movement activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Conduct thorough post-employment screenings to identify any discrepancies in screening reports.
- Coordinate staff movement activities, including transfers, secondments, and changes in employment status.
- Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and their dependents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and ensure timely storage of employee documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and management.
**Requirements:**
- Qualification with a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience within the financial services sector.
