Lead Marketing Operations Specialist

Western Union is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing operations team in Singapore. As Lead Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in helping us grow our business in Southeast Asia by executing effective marketing campaigns and analyzing their performance.

Job Description:
  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across retail and digital channels to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
  • Nurture and deliver a variety of marketing campaigns, leveraging the full marketing mix.
  • Develop and improve marketing processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, CRM) to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of leading, developing, and motivating teams in digital marketing with 3+ years of experience in Southeast Asia.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Experience in budgeting and resource allocation, with skills in marketing compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
