Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with ticketing matters, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Sale of Singapore Flyer tickets, ensuring smooth transactions and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Guide guests to purchase tickets, offering personalized assistance and recommendations.
  • Redeem Singapore Flyer tickets, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Reconcile accounts at the end of shifts, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate reports for sales and redemptions, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Assist Team Leaders in inventory management, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing waste.
Job Requirements:
  • Ticketing and cashiering experience is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
