Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement effective environmental health and safety programs
- Collaborate with vendors to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Review and update fire escape routes and fire fighting duties quarterly
- Ensure all fire fighting equipment is well maintained and in working condition
- Respond to emergency situations within 1 hour
- Manage CCTV systems for security coverage
- Handle and review reports on safety and security concerns
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 3-5 years of working experience
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly disciplined with people management skills
- WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes (1 day) certified has an advantage
- Individuals with training in CPR + AED training has an advantage
- Experience in a healthcare setting has an advantage
- Own vehicle has an advantage
