Operations Director Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operational activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational processes.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication.
  • Coordinate with the ordering desk to manage daily workflows.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate updates with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with departments to optimize workflows and achieve operational goals.
  • Develop preventive measures to minimize operational disruptions and improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant academic qualifications.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations or similar role.
  • Must own a vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations.
  • Experience in food industry is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Good communication, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate well across teams and work in a dynamic environment.
