Overview
The role of Business Operations Manager is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day site operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing manpower fulfillment and driving Client Success.

About the Role
This position involves executing and following through on operational, recruitment, rostering, and reporting responsibilities. You will be accountable for comprehending operational requirements from Clients, communicating implementation methods with Supervisors, and ensuring adherence to operational procedures.

Main Responsibilities
1. Operational Planning: Comprehend operational requirements from Clients, analyze and develop strategies to meet their needs.
2. Implementation and Communication: Communicate implementation methods with Supervisors, ensuring seamless execution of operational plans.
3. Rostering and Manpower Planning: Plan and manage manpower resources, ensure accurate rosters are prepared and distributed, and onboard new hires effectively.
4. Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and distribute reports, ensure compliance with requirements, and maintain accurate records of attendance and billing documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and experience in manpower planning, inventory management, and administration.
